Levada Consulting offers business and technology consulting for pre- and post-implementation stages of T24/GLOBUS projects.
The pre-implementation services encompass:
- Automated Reconciliation between the Legacy systems and T24/GLOBUS during implementation, mock conversions, mock parallels and Live Conversion. The reconciliation tools are vital to ensure the accuracy of the information in the short timeframe of the actual conversion process.
- Interfaces between T24/GLOBUS and other local/global systems, external service providers, agencies and customers
- The reconciliation process is based on a relational DBMS that can be used as the basis for a Data Warehouse/Data Mart or for the integration of the T24/GLOBUS information into existing Data Warehouse/Data Mart solutions
- Implementation of local reports, global reports, external and regulatory reports
